Appenzeller Night

On Tuesday 27 December, to end your day of skiing in the best possible way, we are pleased to present the Appenzeller Night!

A first in Airolo... an evening dedicated to Appenzeller Alpenbitter, a mixture of 42 herbs, flowers, roots and spices with an unmistakable taste.

But the evening will not only be dedicated to the tasting of this liqueur; we will also suggest you some delicious dishes to taste!

Appenzeller liqueur cuisine 

• Luganighetta marinated in Appenzeller wine
• Appenzeller risotto with cheese

An evening full of fun and surprises!

The event will be held in the Airolo cable car departure area. It will be outside and therefore a covid certificate will not be required.
