Chocolate day
According to tradition, 7 July is the day when, in 1550, chocolate was first introduced in Europe. Every year, on this date, there are numerous events around the world that pay homage to this sweet anniversary, celebrating with every type of chocolate.
We at Valbianca have decided to celebrate the day of chocolate by preparing a menu entirely dedicated to this ingredient, from appetizer to dessert.
