Join us on this delicious culinary journey as we explore the breathtaking hiking trails and MTB trails of Airolo-Pesciüm. Whether you prefer to spend the day riding your mountain bike or take advantage of the hiking trails on foot, this event is designed to please everyone. Embark on this gastronomic journey, savoring delicious local products at each of the seven planned stops. As part of our commitment to inclusivity, vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available at each stop. Remember to indicate your dietary preferences in the registration notes to ensure the best possible dining experience.

Route:
The walking route is 8.8 km long and involves 450 m of elevation gain. Therefore, please wear appropriate shoes.
For MTB we offer a variety of routes to suit different preferences. You can choose from routes that include climbs and challenging trails, or opt for a more leisurely route. All routes include the option of being accompanied by RideAlps.ch guides.
There is no better way to appreciate the mountains than by discovering the region's delicacies in company.
In case of inclement weather the event will be cancelled and registrants will be notified by email (check spam!).
8:30-10:30 a.m.: Meeting at the Chièuna and first stage
Depending on the route you choose, the rendezvous is scheduled between 8:30 and 10:30 a.m., where our adventure begins. You will have the opportunity to meet your fellow travelers and prepare for the exciting day ahead.
During the day:
Embark on your chosen route, either by mountain bike or on foot, admiring the beautiful nature of Airolo-Pesciüm. Along the way, seven stops will allow you to sample the region's best local products. Each stop offers a unique culinary experience, from savory delicacies to desserts.
From 2 p.m. onward: Final stop at the Chièuna and Après-Bike
After a day of adventure and gastronomy, we will meet once again at the Chièuna, our seventh and final stop. Here we will indulge in a well-deserved snack and enjoy live musical entertainment.
This will be followed by appetizers and fun to the bitter end!
