Kids MTB School

Do your kids love to ride mountain bikes? Would you like them to take lessons to improve their skills on the trails and in the bike parks? Here's a proposal that's just right for you: in collaboration with the enduro experts of RideAlps.ch GmbH (Guided Tours & MTB Technics) we offer a course spread over two Wednesday afternoons to learn how to better handle the MTB in certain situations.

When?

Wednesday, July 19 and 26, 2023, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Wednesday 16 and 23 August 2023, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

--> Meeting at 1.45 p.m. at the Airolo cable car station.

Program:

• Bike set-up
• Correct basic position
• Driving technique, Enduro basics
  • Curves in trim, with correct center of gravity
  • Relaunches with use of gear
  • Use of gravity (pumping exercises: dynamic pushing of arms and legs)

Price per participant (per course /2 afternoons): CHF 159

• Teaching with G+S monitors / MTB experts from the Enduro sector
• MTB day pass

Additional information

Necessary skill level: beginners-medium, ability to descend from the trail independently

Equipment: MTB, helmet, gloves and possibly knee/back protectors

Age of participants: 7-16 years

Number of participants: minimum 5*/ maximum 13

* N.B.: if the minimum number of 5 participants is not reached, the course will not take place. Confirmation will be sent 2 days before the beginning of the course.
