Snow Motion
After months of waiting, the moment has finally arrived! On Saturday, December 14, 2024, we will officially open the winter season at Airolo-Pesciüm with a special event that promises to bring excitement to both young and old: SNOW MOTION.
Organized in collaboration with third-year students from the Specialized Higher School of Hotel Management and Tourism (SSSAT) in Bellinzona, the day’s program is packed with sports activities, family fun, and evening entertainment, promising an unforgettable day in the snow.
A special event for everyone!
Program of the Day:
08:00 – Welcome Snack
A tasty welcome awaits you at the cable car station (while supplies last).
09:30 - 11:00 – Christmas Workshop for Children
A creative workshop for kids at the multipurpose room in Pesciüm.
11:00 – Biathlon
A unique sports competition for adults: a 50-meter sprint combined with a downhill ski run. The race will take place on slope number 12 at Pesciüm.
14:00 – Cuppa Putée
Young participants will compete in a slalom race, designed especially for them, also at Pesciüm.
14:00 - 18:00 – Christmas Market
Discover handcrafted and holiday products at the market at the base of the lifts.
16:00 – Awards ceremony and Inaugural Toast
At the Chièuna bar, the competition winners will be announced, followed by a toast to celebrate the opening of the new season.
15:00 - 22:00 – Après-Ski with DJ
End your day with music and fun at Chièuna for a unique and lively atmosphere.
